You'll notice that some PABLO cans show nicotine strength in mg/g, rather than mg per pouch. Mg/g measures nicotine concentration per gram of pouch material, while mg per pouch tells you how much nicotine is contained in one pouch.

For example, a pouch weighing 0.6g with a nicotine concentration of 50mg/g contains approximately 30mg of nicotine. The exact conversion depends on the weight and formulation of the product.

Remove and Dispose

Remove the pouch after the recommended usage time. Use the disposal compartment in the lid of your can, then dispose of the pouch responsibly.
