Four flavours come in the 60mg/g extra strong format: Black Ice, Cherry Cola, Tropical Punch and Wild Cherry. At roughly 45mg per pouch, these are among the strongest nicotine pouches you can buy in the UK, above the 50mg/g tubs from the well-known strong brands, which work out around 30mg per pouch.

If you're not already comfortable on 18mg, don't start here. A good starting point: Cherry Cola, Tropical Punch and Wild Cherry all exist at 9mg, 12mg and 18mg too, so you can learn the flavour at a sensible strength before deciding whether the extra strong version is for you. Black Ice is the exception, extra strong only.

What SNÜ Pouches Feel Like to Use

Every SNÜ pouch is slim format, and the size is standard on all 4 strengths. So moving up a strength changes the hit, but the pouch under your lip feels identical, which makes the range easy to explore.

Expect a light tingle in the first minute or 2 that eases as the flavour comes through. Flavour holds for 30 to 40 minutes, and the fruit flavours taste sweet, closer to an e-liquid profile than the drier, plainer taste of the Scandinavian-style brands. Each tub holds 20 pouches.

On the extra strong tubs the tingle is much more intense and takes longer to settle. That's normal at 45mg per pouch. If it doesn't ease off after a few minutes, take the pouch out and drop down a strength.

Is SNÜ the Right Brand for You?

SNÜ suits you if you like sweet, fruity flavours, want a cost efficient brand, and like the idea of adjusting strength without changing flavour. It's also a natural choice if you already know the Bar Juice 5000 taste from vaping.

It's the wrong brand if you want a gentle starting point. The lightest SNÜ is 9mg, which is a medium pouch.
