How fast the flavour develops depends on which format you've bought.

A dry Mini takes its time. Expect 3 to 5 minutes before the flavour is fully there, then a mellow release that fades away slowly. The tingle is mild, and at 1.5mg or 3mg you'll barely notice it.

A moist Regular is immediate. Flavour inside 15 to 20 seconds, then a stronger tingle for the first few minutes before it settles. At 13.5mg the cooling is noticeably heavier, because that recipe carries more moisture than the 9mg and 11mg cans.
