Delivery FAQs


We deliver to most of the UK, but there are some places that may take a little longer.

If you live in the Scottish Highlands or remote parts of Scotland, delivery may take an extra day or two.

Unfortunately, we are unable to specify an exact time of delivery.

Please provide us with your email address at checkout and we will send you tracking information so that you can keep an eye on the progress of your delivery.

For deliveries that do not require a signature, most of our parcel sizes will fit through a letterbox if you have one, alternatively in an outdoor postbox.

If a signature is required and you're not home, they will take the parcel to your local post office where you can rearrange delivery.

Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any amendments to the order.

Once you have received delivery, unwanted items can be returned to us for an exchange. Please view our returns policy.

All parcels are securely shipped in plain, unbranded jiffy bags.
